CCR Rule
391-3-5-.41

The Consumer Confidence Report, or CCR, is an annual water quality report that the Safe Drinking Water Act requires a community water system (CWS) to provide to its customers. Among other things, the report lists the regulated contaminants found in the drinking water, as well as health effects information related to violations of the drinking water standards. All CWSs must deliver to their customers annual reports on the quality of water delivered by the system and characterize the risks (if any) from exposure to contaminants detected in the drinking water in an accurate and understadable manner.
